However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns or exchanges only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.
- To be eligible for a return, please contact us within 3 days of delivery by emailing support@craftsgallery.co.in with your order number, photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions for return shipping.
- Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags or labels intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Custom-made, personalized, or commissioned products
- Items purchased on sale or with promotional discounts
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please note: shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered:
- Please email us within 48 hours of receiving the order with clear photos of the product and packaging.
- We will either replace the item (subject to availability) or issue a full refund.
5. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped.
- Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
